Once your order has been placed it will take up to 10 working days to be processed. Once the order has been processed it will be shipped immediately to you. We will notify you via email once your order is on its way and also share the tracking details.

Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. If an incorrect delivery address has been entered on your order we can update that only if the new address is emailed to us within 2 hours of placing the order. Please email us at info@gildedjewellery.co.uk to update your delivery address

You can track your order by clicking the link on your dispatch email.

We hope you love your jewellery as much as we do but if it isn’t quite right you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange. Visit our Returns page  to find out how.

All orders will be shipped with a luxury gift box and wrapped in delicate tissue paper.
